Womb of Creation is a channeled integrative experience of utilizing the phases of the menstrual cycle to attune to the body at an energetic level. I take the complexities, and break it down into tangible and practical application. A space where the magical becomes natural… since the magic is YOU.

Hi my love,

I am Shanece.

I am so grateful to have you here and if you are here reading this… I don’t take it lightly.

As i’m sure you can get… I am a deeply multidimensional, multipassionate and neurodiverse being.

Over the years, I didn’t think I would ever have the capacity to express ALL of me. A diverse approach to self-expression was the LAST thing I ever thought I’d be mirroring to women.

I feel as though it took me lifetimes to remember that it was never about having the “right words”

That the W.O.R.D of God is really a frequency.

There’s a whole realm of expression available to us beyond words. We are the birthers of language, after all. 

I’ve been the “fit girl” who walked around the gym with head down.. hat on. The “party girl” that went from 0-100 real quick because I couldn’t be in a room of people without needing to numb all the energy I was feeling. I was the bodybuilder that felt safest expressing herself through the art of sculpting. The mindset addict that loved reading books and learning. The spiritual dreamer who also felt overwhelmed by the potentials of that dream actually unfolding. Basically, I’ve reached for many things outside of me along the way to just be myself.

I’ve been the… weird one. The reject. The abandoned. The casted out. The lone wolf. The misunderstood.

ALL OF IT… which lands me here with YOU.

Rooted and Uncaged is the essence of my mission. It comes from spending a lot of my life ungrounded and constricted inside myself. I’ve had a big energy since I was a little girl. I LOVED making people laugh, putting on performances, and playing by myself. Along the way… I slowly but surely diminished myself out of self-protection.

I formed a rock over my heart and closed myself to truly feeling ALIVE.

Self-Expression has been one of the deepest medicines I could have opened up to. It seems so simple, right? Just… express yourself. Yet, it is quite the continuous unfolding.

If you are here… maybe you are already sharing your gifts in some way or have the intention to. Maybe you just want to express yourself more and feel SEEN in it. Maybe you struggle with translating your depth into… ugh, words.

This isn’t about context as much as it is the energy.

You are DEEP, potent, and you have a story. My story is not your story… but I pray that as you journey in and through this space.. you come home to YOU again.

The YOU that’s always been there and has just been knocking at you to see her. Receive her. Acknowledge her. Witness her. Hold her. EXPRESS her.

Guess what? It was never up to anyone else to bring you those things first. Through this space, we utilize what I shared above to not only UNCAGE the diverse expressions of your essence… but to also be ROOTED in that.
